Gratitude – directly situated in the vibrant and hip neighborhood of Maxvorstadt, a chance to eat at Gratitude restaurant should not be missed! The dishes here are the prefect example of innovative and creative meals, utilizing locally fresh, seasonal ingredients. Always packed, reservations are recommended, especially on weekends.
Max Pett – a modern vegan restaurant located near Sendlinger Tor that is well known for their vegan version of the traditional Wiener Schnitzel. Max Pett offers an extensive menu with daily specials, providing an ample amount of options for brunch (Sat/Sun), lunch or dinner.
Tip: You will not find alcohol on the menu but instead homemade refreshing herbal drinks, as well as, alcohol free beer, wine and cocktails!

Katzen Tempel – is the very first cat café to open in Germany. It is located in Maxvorstadt and serves plant based meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff includes 6 adorable rescue cats, whose sole job is to bring a smile to your face. Whether you are there to enjoy a relaxing main meal, or just stopping by for coffee and cake, this café is a true animal lover’s delight!
